Chef Daniel Jay Casbarro, “the Yogi Chef” creates satisfying and healthful meals using only the most pure ingredients, incorporating the flavors of the world to bring out the natural quality of food.

Chef Daniel believes food is your best medicine. Most health challenges can be alleviated with a change in diet from processed, chemical-laden foods to organic, natural ingredients. As a therapuetic chef, he is familiar with a variety of natural health systems and alternative diets including Ayurveda, Macrobiotics, Chinese Medicine, Gluten / Casein free, the GAPS diet, and many others. He has been a student of Herbology for over 10 years and incorporates this training into preparing meals that heal the body and nourish the soul.

Chef Daniel uses local, regional and organic ingredients as much as possible. His desserts are made with the bounty of natural sweeteners the Earth has given us, including honey, maple syrup, date sugar and agave nectar. He avoids all foods containing hydrogenated oil, MSG, high-fructose corn syrup, aspartame, artificial preservatives and coloring.

The freshest fruits and vegetables of the season, the highest quality of meat and dairy, sustainable seafood and meticulously selected herbs and spices combine to offer delicious, simple meals that transform your culinary experience.
