Personal Chef
Chef Daniel and his team are available as a Personal Chef for one time or regular occasions. A Personal Chef is someone who comes to your home and cooks 3 to 5 days worth of meals that you can store in your refrigerator or freezer and serve during the week.
Personal Chefs are ideal for working couples and busy families, for people who want to eat nutritious, organic meals but are short on time. A Personal Chef is also great for someone with a specific health concern or dietary restriction that can make it challenging to create delicious and interesting meals.

Private Cooking Classes
Whether your goal is to study a particular cuisine in depth, or learn the skills necessary to cater to a specific dietary or health concern, a private class can give you the personalized instruction you seek. Chef Daniel can work with individuals or small groups at your home.

Chef Daniel will ask you to fill out a questionnaire regarding your current lifestyle, habits, and patterns around food, exercise, sleep and work.
Once Chef Daniel receives your answers, he will use this to assess your current condition and make recommendations for your diet, as well as some simple herbal supplements that can help you attain optimal health.

Practicing yoga can help reduce stress, ease pain in the body and lead to general good health and well being. Many people are intimidated by a yoga class at a studio or gym, or their schedules simply can't accomodate it.
Chef Daniel can help you establish a home practice that will work for you. You will also learn techniques for calming the mind including simple breath work, deep relaxation and meditation.
